Decumani Hotel De Charme - Naples

4-star historic hotel inside a 17th-century palace in Naples' UNESCO historic centre

History & Architecture

Decumani Hotel De Charme occupies the Palazzo Riario Sforza, an 18th-century noble residence that once belonged to Cardinal Sisto Riario Sforza, Archbishop of Naples from 1845. The building retains original frescoes, gilded mirrors, and pure gold stuccoes, especially in the former Salone da ballo used as the breakfast room. This historic backdrop is why Decumani Hotel De Charme Naples ranks among the most architecturally significant hotels in the city.

Breakfast & Dining

Each morning, guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast in the grand hall decorated with 18th-century mirrors and golden stuccoes. Carlo, one of the breakfast attendants, bakes seasonal fruit pies that change according to what is ripest. The bar in the same hall serves wine and champagne, and outdoor terrace seating is available for an aperitivo.
